No battery charger case…I do have a number of the items(radio controlled car, coffee table book, etc) that BMW gave to the original Z8 purchasers.

I am in SW Florida for the winter along with the hardtop and rack. Pictures of the miscellaneous items will have til my next trip up north but I’d be happy to provide any info on the hardtop that is requested. I assume the hardtop will fit all Z8s regardless of year of production.

By the way, the hardtop makes the Z8 a really special long distance traveler…my Z8 had about 45000 miles on it. I made many road trips to the various vintage racing venues from Lime Rock, Road America, Watkins Glen, etc. The hardtop was safely stored when the car was used locally or just sitting in storage. If installed correctly with the rubber well maintained the top was very quiet. Great option.

Don - not be nosy and I fully understand if you prefer not to respond, but it would be interesting and sad I guess to learn what happened to your car. Also how did the process and value determination process go with the insurance carrier as to the totaling of the Z8 if you care to share.

Sorry about the loss of your Z8, I hope your home came through the hurricane reasonably intact. We have a home in Naples where I keep my E39 M5 and Z3M Roadster, thankfully we had little damage other than to some of the landscaping. Very said to see the amount of damage, particularly up around Sanibel and Ft. Myers beach.

Very sorry about this loss. I hope the car does not end up sold with a "faked" clean title in some other state. If you feel comfortable sharing the VIN, that could help out the community.
