If you have one of the missing ones I would love to borrow it to make the scan.

Initially I thought that the images were Polaroids, but on close inspection they appear to be early digital images made on Kodak C-Type printing paper (and they show signs of some heavy handed digital manipulation, for instance the Red - Crema is the same image as the Red - Black, the black has just been turned to Crema).

The prints in the books were all digital outputs on Kodak C Type photographic paper, so to be a perfect match to the originals you just need to take the digital file to your local photo specialist and ask for a C-Type or Lightjet print.

I find it interesting that the red /crema picture posted is not the same as in the original coffee table book picture I have in my original book. My picture does not show the license plate frame. It is a bare bumper. Are there different pictures for Europe and for the USA?

That's definitely a good catch, I had no idea - all I have is what is here, and I had no idea there was a different picture for the EU & US cars.

Karsten, yes, no problem, happy to share them, can you help fill in the gaps we have?
