So which elements do you wish they kept? I think that shifter knob is really cool! Thank you for sharing the video![]()
I would have loved the central locking wheels.

What about the helmet rest bubble thing on the drivers side?
Noooo...to Jaguar D type....and not very practical. But I like that xk120 roadster leather lining.

I like the seats and gas cap in the concept and yes those center locking wheels are awesome! Saw a few details in the video I had never seen before.
The steering wheel looks bigger and sturdier , much more like the 507 wheel

I like the gas cap a lot but it looks out of step with the rest of the car, its futuristic while the concept (especially compared to the final Z8) is retro. Im glad the steering wheel in the Z8 is thin rimmed. I think the new M steering wheels are too thick and rob a bit of feel. How about those 4 point harnesses? Look cool for sure.
I'd like the shorter and more curved windscreen...and the rod mounted rear view mirror.

Here's another video:
Thank you for the video. Lots of fun. I love that ending: "If they've got any sense, they'll put it into production tomorrow" LOL.![]()
These photos are from the Z8 Facebook page. Just wanted to put them in this site also. Nice catch whoever photographed the car.![]()
These pictures were probably taken at the site of the Bugatti Museum in Mulhouse on arrival. The car is exhibitioned there till the end of the year. The car was revealed during the gala dinner of the Z8 club in june.

I just realize we don't have a dedicated Z07 thread in the History section, which for sure we should!
