not for me, taking a price of GBP300.000 that means €347.000 + buyers fee + duty + tax = we will end up around €520.000 outside the UK, that is far too much for my opinion

I have tried to buy the car, but it was sitting in the UK and therefore I had to pay duty and taxes. At the end it was to expensive from my point of view, even a very nice car, I love the color combo

From my knowledge they did not came with the coffee table book. For Germay that is for sure. Some owners bought a coffee table book afterwards and put their VIN-Sticker into it.

The only way I know to do this is to go the BMW Classic in Munich, they will do the job.

Other details which differ:
- tachometer
- fuel gauge (the US one shows "unleaded fuel only"
- the outer rear-view mirros differ (difficult to see)
- head lights (difficult to see)

that is true, we just cut the wires because you can not reprogramme that in the light modul, same as the daylight driving light in front of the car (yellow indicators)

in Germany it is not allowed to have those red side markers in the rear bumber, therefore I just put black paper on them and disconnected the lights by cutting the cables.

In Germany they are not doing the reprogramming from US to ECE because they are afraid of the mixer. If you will find one doing this procedure they will charge a lot more...
