Does any one have any experience/recommendation with Dust free Car bubbles? I have seen the one online that inflates around the car. I once saw a discussion about a unit from the UK. That particular unit uses a frame and has zippers on the back and side of the bubble, allowing you to get inside it, and drive in and out of it. It seems to me that the much advertised bubble that inflates around the car would be a pain when wanting to drive the car. Does anyone know both systems?

I have the one that inflates around the car. It takes less than 5 minutes to get the car in or out.

To get the car out, you unzip (about 1-2 minutes). Then roll it up over the car (1-2 minutes). Drive the car away.

The garage stall I have mine in is very cramped so it takes me almost 5 minutes to get the car out. If I had more room I could do it a bit faster. The zipper is very easy to zip/unzip.

Getting the car in is about the same. Pull car back into position. Roll the bubble back over the car. Zip it up. Let in inflate.

If I drove it all the time, a framed unit might be nicer. A creative preson could probably construct an arched frame from PVC pipe that would work inside the unit I have if so inclined.

Somehow, Orca, I have this vision of pulling into the garage and saying "lower the dome of silence." Remember that?

I have this one (http://www.calcarcover.com/product.aspx?id=73&cid=8), and have been very happy with it. It is still running and looking good after four years, here is a shot of it in action back in the days when I had two beasties.
