Loose weatherstripping

While cleaning the windshield the other day, I noticed that the rubber weatherstripping on the lower corner on the passenger side is loose. You can only tell it's loose when the door is open, otherwise the door seems to hold it in place. The driver's side is securely attached.

Any idea of what type of adhesive that can be used to secure this?
