I was just sent in the details of this car - the owner is looking to accept reasonable offers in the region of $89,000
This car has 34,500 miles on it, no dings, and is in great shape. The hardtop was replaced by BMW about 6 months ago, dealer cost over $8,000 (the original top started getting creases in it that they could not explain). So, BMW shipped a brand new, already painted hard top to the dealer to replace it under warranty, even though the car was out of warranty. Pretty good representation and support! The convertible top is in great shape.
The car comes with original covers for the roll bar/wind screen/top down configuration, with case, the original cover for the hard top, the original cover for the convertible top when it is down, with its case, the original tool kit & case, original owners manuals, and a new battery. The tires are fun-flats with about 60% of their life left.
I have driven the car less than 1,000 miles since I bought it and simply don’t use it, beautiful as it is. As you said, with only 138 cars made world-wide with the Topaz and Crema color combination, it is both a show stopper and quite rare. Mine is the only Topaz one I have seen so far. Plenty of silver & blacks, a few reds, but no blues. If you want to ‘stop traffic’ when you drive, this is the car. If the potential buyer wants to research the car, the VIN is: WBAEJ13441AH60516.
I am actually the first owner as the original purchase was made by a Dealer, who subsequently used the car himself through a lease. I am including a recent CarFax full report on the car to save any prospective buyers the trouble and expense. I apologize in advance for the clarity of that scan. No problems at all were indicated on the report.
I can be reached toll-free (US) at 1-877-979-1200 or via email to maxcat@gulftel.com.
