Life is a journey filed with change. I've been torn at the thought of this for a while, but with some exciting opportunities in new areas, I think it's time to close my Z8 chapter (for now). I'll be adding much information, photos, etc. to this thread in the next few days. The clock is currently at 23.5k miles. For the many regulars here that know me and this car, you can vouch for its condition and special place in the community.

Tasteful Modifications
Many of these correct or improve aspects of the car that were lacking from the factory. With all of these, I believe that they need to be true to the spirit of the Z8 and enhance the enjoyment of the driver/owner. Where practical, all original parts have been saved and stored. I will provide the original bits with the sale. Should you desire, you could return the car to exact factory spec.

Next year's festivities and Z8 activities around BMW's 100th anniversary wouldn't be right without you. Any chance you might reconsider?

I have personally owned four Z8s and two Alpina Z8s over the last 11 years. I am kindly considered by many people on the forum to be a world expert on Z8s. I have done pre purchase inspections for buyers all over the U.S. and the world. I have been to many events with Rifle and have been up close and personal with this car. You can take it from me that this is a stunning Z8 that has been pampered its entire life. Well worth the money.

Thanks, Gar. I was hesitant to change from the originals, but the overall design of the car begs for tastefully larger wheels than the original 18-inchers. These seem to do the trick while staying "correct." I've had loads of complements over the years.
