    Cabin Filter

How easy or difficult is it to change the Cabin Air Filter for an 01/Z8? If easy please share how done. Also any suggestions on whether to use BMW versus say Mann or NPK or Beck Arnley?

If you are referring to the micro filter, it is located under the hood, in front of the windshield wipers, under a cover. As far as I remember there are four screws holding the cover. Remove the cover and you will notice 2 micro filters.

    Sandy,

Check this thread http://www.bmwz8.us/forum/body-inter...ters-1972.html out for complete instructions and comments. There were photos in there too, but I guess they didn't survive when we migrated the site from the prior server. Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
