    Hayvenhurstkid is back!!!

With another Z, but this time a rotisserie restored, matching number 1969 Camaro Z28 with the very rare RS option. I am sure I will be back in the not too distant future with another Z8!

Very sweet Marty. Will you be driving it? What do you think the "street value" is? I've always wanted one like that. Great color. You need to bring it on a trip, or at least let me drive it

The 69 Z28 has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. I paid $72,500 for it so basically I got the car for free and the restoration for a 30% discount. I think I paid fair market value but quite frankly I wouldn't take $100,000 if offered. Oh, yes, it will be driven some. The owner spent six years and over $100,000 restoring it.

Glad to see you're still with us. I'm sure you'll have another Z8 soon...can't go too long without a convertible in southern California.

All 69 Z28s came with a 302 V8 rated at 290HP "more like 325". All also had a Muncie four speed manual. This one is the M21 close ratio.

    Z28

Beautiful, Marty. Had a 69 vert year's ago, but just a basic 327 a/t car needing a full resto. It was fun to work on at the time, having grown up with those beautifully styled cars. My son wanted it when he got his first license, but dad said nooooooo way for a 16 yo kid!
Enjoy it to the fullest and share/show it for others to enjoy.
    Happy Fathers Day.
