Some of you guys will be able to relate to this.

Certainly the passion if not the vehicle.

Beautifully shot and for me it really captures something special.

Cool, Andrew or Clive should do one like this for the Z8.

Talking of vids I mounted my GoPro where you had yours in Cambria for our last Sunday drive, but I go too many giggles for any of the footage to be useable. How did you keep yours locked so solid down there?

    This is me.

Except that mine is an '83 320i I bought new and have driven daily since. I will get my Z8 one day, but certainly not in trade. I have kept the car of my youth. Every day she makes me smile. Usually on cold days, but lately even in the blistering heat of Texas, we still both feel young together. It is a funny thing about BMW's. A friend who has an M3 was shocked at how fast and easy I drove it. I am not a great driver, but it was a lot like driving my car with more power and better grip. The Z8's I have driven, even the 335i I drove at Autoweek Fantasy Camp all had that same comfortable, familiar feeling, albeit not quite as visceral or intimate as a car you have driven for 28 years.
