I confess I've been super keen to try one of these, glad to hear you're enjoying it!
Made the hard move beyond ICE ... and I've been captivated by this car. Hard to believe it's a Ford. If you close your eyes and shut the door and handle the car, you could swear it's an Audi. Solid. 4500 lb and tested at .99g's. Remarkable. Fun to drive and practical like my old wagon Mini. And I don't think I need to say much about how, if you find that necessary hole in traffic, you're only a thought away.
While the 34 extra ft-lb of torque are difficult to appreciate, the magnetic dampers and super supportive, but comfortable seats of the Performance Edition are well worth the additional cost.
I had a Tesla Y Performance for a week and returned it. The quality control reminded me of my old Fiat - inexcusable. While the software on this car is still a little glitchy, the non-computer 'hardware' of this car is fabulous. I highly recommend this car.
I confess I've been super keen to try one of these, glad to hear you're enjoying it!

My brother and my niece both daily their Mach Es.
I drove his on a couple errands and was truly impressed by both the performance and by the quality of the vehicle.
I’d like to get an early drive in the I4 M50.
It's just too ugly for me, much as I respect BMW's engineering, they have totally lost me on their aggressively hideous styling.
I'm now looking across the full range of the 'e' spectrum for a daily, and IMHO both VAG and the Koreans have the best styling.

I cannot argue with that, Andrew. It’s a design that if you buy one, expect it to split your friends between those who offend you with blunt comments and those who lie to your face
Congratulations! We have a premium Mach E on order and an early F150 Lightning reservation.

Hi Ed,From what I've heard, you'll really like the car. The Premium is a super value. Not that you need another super car, but I passed on my ordered premium at MSRP and went for a GT Performance Edition on the lot (first time for over MSRP) to get the MagneRide dampers, which seems to take care of the bobbing ride of these cars. I could have had it for MSRP, if I was willing to wait the 6 months for a newly ordered one. Unfortunately, I was bitten by the Mach E bug, when I saw the red GT. I haven't regretted it sand enjoy the car every day I drive it. What a contrast to the Z8 but, to me, just as special (if that's ok to say. :-) I know, I know, I can't believe I'm saying that about an SUV.
