Trunk lid trim panel removal assistance

I noticed that one of the clips that holds the interior color carpeted(?) trim panel to the underside of the trunk lid has broken, so that area of the trim panel is loose. In order to avoid breaking other clips, is there a specific way to remove that panel? I also want to replace the trunk lid roundel and I'm sure I need to remove the lid trim panel for access, so might as well check off 2 tasks at the same time.

It snaps in place, best advice is to carefully pry on corner up with a plastic trim tool or something similar with a thin profile and work your way around the edge. I replaced the BMW Roundel on my truck with the Z8 emblem...it wasn't easy removing the original or making the replacement fit.
