Rare but not an Individual color: this one is crema and it should be white

Oh, yes, you are right, Ton. Sorry for the confusion.
I think this one is a real Individual, the seats look white and not crema:

They had enough rattle cans left for the rims and the mirrors 😩

That's def not a real Individual car, you can see better shots of one here - https://www.bmwz8.us/galleryclr.php?...kwd=individual

The two tone scheme just isn't right on a Z8 IMO.
2000 Red over black
heavily modified for performance. Although, not to the level of GM's car
I never liked it either, but I guess it's a part of our history now!

I love the green too. Especially with the top.
Looks like they missed an opportunity for fresh headlamps when they did the paint tho.

Perhaps green was considered too British? I'm normally not too keen on green but as a teenager my good friend's family had a Morgan in green. Green was a perfect color (colour!) for that car.
I missed it too, not sure how, wish we'd had more info on it at the time of sale as the link now seems to be dead.

Love the green but IMO It would be nicer with a black canvas.
I know I am the outlier, but I do not like Alpina wheels. Even more so with rubber band profile tires.

does anyone have or know who has the dinan stainless steel roll bars for sale? very very interested.
I have a spare H&R rear sway bar sitting here in my garage that you're welcome to if you can pick it up.

If you are talking about the roll hoops behind the seats, I seem to recall they were Hamann.
One of the two-tone individuals was apparently modified by its Ukrainian owner. Look at the doors: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DSA...annel=kar_sook

Definitely an interesting combination, red with blue. Tricky to get the shades right but when right its a great combination. But I am biased![]()
Personally, I find it to be a bit of an acquired taste. Had BMW used black instead of blue on the interior plastic surfaces as was done on red cars, I think it would have been more attractive.
When I found this 6000 mile gated Modena with this color combination I purchased it immediately.
Very Italian!
Hopefully the pics have downloaded
Simply gorgeous, bravo!

TDF blue/bordeaux leather
The original owner was CEO/president of his family owned major manufacturer of very high end fabrics, floor coverings and wall paper. He obviously had expertise with colors and shapes. He special ordered the car with a bordeaux colored upper dash (rather than black) as well as a bordeaux leather head liner and the Daytona seat option. With his passing I was given the opportunity to purchase it.
This just popped up on BaT - https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2002-bmw-z8-65/

I do love the classic 60's feel of this combo, while I wouldn't want it myself I absolutely love that it's out there, and I love that it's a unicorn in terms of rarity too.

A few months ago, I created photo albums of the rarest BMW Z8 color combinations. I would like to point out that these pictures are not mine and that I will share them with you for a few weeks before making them private again. I didn't create an album for the two-tone models, but I might do it in the future. Enjoy. https://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/albums
Of all the color choices, Midnight Blue would be at the top of my list. Thanks for sharing.
Very fun, great albums, I must say the silver-crema is really growing on me!

I actually considered buying the silver/crema car in Arizona. It had 12000 miles, had a few very minor scratches on the body and imo was priced a bit too high. I eventually purchased a 6000 mile silver/black car which was essentially flawless. I do find the silver/crema very appealing.
We always want what we don't haveWith the passage of time, more and more I find myself content with the silver/red. Silver shows off the lines better than the black or blue and the red interior gives the car that concept car extravagant looking interior. Plus, Silver is the easiest to keep clean

The silver-crema is the prettiest color combo to me. Silver brings out the shapes of the car the best, indeed. The black interior is too sober for my taste, it needs red or crema, and the combination of silver and crema works quite well despite the lack of contrast between these two colors. As for the midnight blue, I've always loved this combination, but the interior color is too orange sometimes, I think. But I clearly prefer the midnight blue to a simple black. I really wonder what a midnight blue-crema combination would look like.
The Alpina blue was really pretty, and it had enough metal flake in it to give the body dimension, unlike the very flat Topaz, in the foreground here for comparison - with the crema interior it was stunning.

For some reason, the Alpina blue looked kind of purple on the pictures I took at an Oldtimer event last year in Brussels.
I do remember it being a more magenta blue than the topaz, but the exaggerated purple hue there looks to be from the overhead lighting, the 'true' color appears to be more apparent in the middle picture where the paint is closer to your flash, but the pictures also appear a bit overexposed, this is more what I think is 'true'.

A Stratus - Crema/Black addition to your album (mine...) I've owned this beauty for 11 years now, with only 13,700 miles on her.
