This Alpina at a BMW dealership in Tampa sold for $135k. I tried buying it today, but of course, it was sold! Whoever bought it got a screaming deal.

Seems like a deal to me. Based on the pictures at Autotrader (still online), the car needs a trip to the upholstery shop. Seats need repair. No underhood pics or good hood pics. So maybe it is more of a project than it seems at first blush.

It's hard to ignore the discount between 300k for a low mileage Alpina and 135k for this one. You can do a lot of refurbishment for less than the $165k difference.

I totally agree. And going down the road they look pretty similar regardless of what the odometer shows. Also, according to @Satch, 72K would be considered LOW miles!
