    CT DMV Present

In CT vehicles that are at least 20 years old are allowed to get Classic plates. The advantage is that auto property taxes are essentially eliminated. I sure got lucky😊😊!!

    Wow, that’s crazy! Can’t believe it’s
‘Classic”. Was when it was new?

Can't speak for CT, but for CA a classic plate also `requires' that the car is seldomly driven (ie, not a daily driver). I just got the renewal for the classic plates on my 507 and it went up a whopping $3 to $107/yr. Won't get my Z8 reg renewal notice for a month or so (which is not reg'd as a classic because I expect to drive it a god amount) but it will be a lot more.
